By using this application ("the App") you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
What the App does
The App helps a private group of players track poker buy-ins and payouts. It connects to your bank via Enable Banking (an open banking / PSD2 technical provider) to read incoming transfers and, at your request, initiate SEPA credit transfer payouts. Your responsibilities
- You must only connect bank accounts you own or are otherwise authorized to use.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of any name, IBAN, and amount you enter or approve for a payout. The App does not verify that a recipient IBAN belongs to the person named.
- Every payment is subject to a final authorization step with your own bank (e.g. login, confirmation, or biometric approval). The App cannot move money without that step.
No custody of funds
The App never holds, pools, or has custody of your money. Buy-ins are transfers you make directly to whichever account the group uses, and payouts are transfers initiated directly from that account to a player's own bank account. The App only relays payment instructions to your bank via Enable Banking.
No warranty
The App is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that buy-in matching will be accurate, that the App will be available at all times, or that it is free of errors. You should always verify amounts and balances against your own bank statements before relying on them.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the App, including incorrect payouts, mismatched buy-ins, or unavailability of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Revoking access
You may disconnect your bank at any time, either from within the App or directly with your bank. Doing so stops the App from reading new data or initiating new payments.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after a change means you accept the updated terms.
