This application ("the App") is a small poker buy-in and payout tracker for a private group of players. It uses Enable Banking to connect to your bank under the EU's open banking (PSD2) framework, so it can read incoming transfers and, when you choose, send payouts. This page explains what data that involves.
What data we access
When you connect your bank, the App can read, for the accounts you authorize:
- Account identifiers (e.g. IBAN) and account names
- Account balances
- Transaction history (amounts, dates, counterparty name/IBAN, payment reference text)
When you use the payout feature, the App also submits payment instructions (amount, recipient name and IBAN) to initiate a SEPA credit transfer from your account. Every payment must still be authorized by you directly with your bank before it is sent.
What we store, and where
- Player list, buy-in/payout settings, and game data (names, IBANs, chip counts, amounts) are stored only in your own browser's local storage. They are never sent to, or stored on, our servers. Clicking "Reset all data" deletes them immediately and permanently.
- Bank connection data (account info, balances, transactions) is fetched live from Enable Banking each time it's needed and is not saved in a database. It passes through our server only to be displayed to you.
- Cookies: a small number of short-lived, functional-only cookies (session and payment identifiers) are used to keep your bank connection and in-progress payments working. They contain no tracking data and are not used for analytics or advertising.
Who we share data with
Your bank connection is handled by Enable Banking, our open banking technical provider, which communicates directly with your bank on our behalf. We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone else.
How long access lasts
Bank account access is granted for up to 90 days at a time, or until you revoke it — either from within the App or directly with your bank. You can reconnect at any time.
Your rights
Since game data lives only in your browser, you control it directly — clear it any time via "Reset all data" or your browser's site data settings. For anything related to your bank connection, you can also revoke access with your bank directly. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the "Last updated" date above will change too. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
